These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the luckycola platform and all services provided through luckycola.one. Please read them carefully before registering or using any luckycola service.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) luckycola account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all associated balances and bonuses.
Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of luckycola and its affiliated companies, technology providers, and game suppliers are not eligible to hold a player account or participate in any luckycola promotion.

Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are typically credited to your luckycola account balance within seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to reflect in your account. luckycola is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.
Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and compliance review. Approved withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. luckycola reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal.
All luckycola accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). All deposits, wagers, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are processed in PHP unless otherwise specified.

Accounts found to have engaged in bonus abuse may be permanently closed.

luckycola's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your luckycola account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
luckycola does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the fullest extent permissible under applicable law.
Note: Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude luckycola's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.
luckycola reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if luckycola reasonably believes that you have breached any provision of these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by a regulatory authority or court order. In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, luckycola reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account.
You may close your luckycola account at any time by contacting the luckycola customer support team via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining balance in your account (after deduction of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification.
Upon termination of your account for any reason, your right to access and use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law — shall continue to apply after termination.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
